My men!!

The men in my life are great. Ben is taking a week off of work to watch Grayson so I can go to Knoxville and visit some friends and just give me so much needed R & R. He is so good to me. Grayson is such a happy baby. I think he feeling better with the teething stuff. He seems much more playful and happy. Ben loves playing with him. Grayson gets huge grin on his face when he see's daddy coming he knows he is getting ready to be thrown around.

I thought Grayson and Ben looked so cute setting together so I got these and then Grayson was being a ham for the camera while playing to the big ball. His t-shirt he is wearing his from him God-parents. They sent it to him because of his middle name. We thought it was pretty cute. I mean Grayson does rule the roost here.

Trapped!!

Grayson now has to play in his Pac-n-play whenever I leave the room. He is just into to much and since we are leaving in a month I don't really want to child proof the house just to have to take it all down in a short amount of time. So anyway Grayson gets trapped in his little area. He doesn't seem to mind to much.

Grayson decided he wanted to help Chelsea put dishs away today and then he thought he would like a snack after that hard work.

Peer pressure!!

The other night we had some of our friends over for dinner and Don and Ben were having a beer and Grayson decided if dad had one and dad's friend had one then He needed one to so he didn't feel left out.
(for all the grandparents that are freaking out right about now...he never tasted any beer)

Grayson likes getting attention where he can get it. My good friend Chelsea came to visit me and see Grayson for the first time. We have have been having a good time but I am not sure how much of a good time Chelsea is having, she has been doing my laundry since she got here. That is quite the feat in its self. We she got here Wednesday and she leaves next Thursday so I hope she relaxes and has a good time soon.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee

This is one of Grayson's favorite games now. He loves hanging on to the blanket and going for a ride. He has been perfecting the standing up on things and he fell over three times.....No make that four as of right now. And hit his head all four times. I called the doctor after the third fall because he was staying whinny. They laughed and said it is only going to get worse but to watch for certain things and give him Motrin for the head ache is bond to have.

My little traveler

Since Grayson and I have been travaling so much lately I have been slow about unpacking this last time. So I started today. And Grayson was helping me. My good little helper....Not!! And that is my new toothbrush he has there. He has his own you know.

And the fun Begins!!!

Grayson has now mastered getting to a sitting position by himself now and since he is hours ahead of his peers (his dad likes to say) he is now pulling himself up ON EVERYTHING!! Last night when we got back from our trip Ben was putting Grayson to bed. Grayson was very tired and on his way out. So when Ben put Grayson in his crib we figured out very fast that we had to lower his mattress when he put his little hands up on the rail and nearly pulled himself over. So we had to lower it while Grayson crawled around on the floor getting wired with all the activity in his room. What a night.

Labor Day Weekend!!

Well we just got back from St. Louis. We had a great time. Of course Grayson was the center of attention and soaking it up. He is being such a big kid it makes me sad. He laughs and talks all the time. He moves non-stop! He always has to see what is going on. When he does his fake cough his Grandma plays right in to his hands! His Great Grandma just loves watching him. She says he is such a show. Boy is he!!!
